I followed this with the Chinese plate of dishes like orange chicken an beef and broccoli. A variety of preparation techniques made this an enjoyable plate. My next trip I picked up crab, shrimp, clams, mussels, and fish. The staff is constantly replacing these as they are taken by the guests keeping the most popular ones fairly fresh.
